Cotoneaster procumbens 'Gerald', also known as Cotoneaster Little Dipper® is a low growing shrub with white flowers in spring and red berries in late summer. It's dense, spreading habit make it a wonderful groundcover. Although it is a groundcover, it does not like to be walked on. Plant this low maintenance shrub in a full to part sun location that gets an average amount of water. At first glance "cotton-easter" seems like the proper pronunciation of this plant. But it is actually pronounced "Cot-oh-KNEE-aster. Don't worry though, if you say it wrong we wont laugh at you... too hard...
