Section Grower - 2 positions available
Diligent individual who will be responsible for production of plants in a section of a 100 acre wholesale container nursery. This includes managing people to maintain plants, water applications, (integrated pest management) IPM scouting, application of herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers, monitoring soil fertility, pruning, weeding and cold protection.
Account Executive - 1 position available
Enthusiastic, efficient person to perform a key sales position at wholesale plant nursery in SE North Carolina. This person will focus on customer satisfaction, growing sales form JNC’s current customer base and closing new customer leads. The Account Executives territories will be geographically based.
Pump and Irrigation Specialist - 1 position available
The individual will be responsible for use, construction, repair and maintenance of all irrigation systems: Water pumps, irrigation plumbing, acid and Sanidate injectors, and water filters.
Garden Center Retail Sales Associate - 2 positions available
There are many job aspects in our garden center environment from caring for plants, giving garden advice to customer service & helping one buy the right plants. In addition to customer service, we offer opportunities to put your creative talents to work by helping design displays & stocking the garden center. Garden centers focus on the sale of plants and horticultural products to the general public.
Nursery Team Members - 6 positions available
Needed: A responsible person for working at a 100 acre ornamental plant nursery in SE North Carolina. This position requires working outdoors maintaining plants. This individual will do plant production work such moving plants, pruning plants, fertilizing plants, and applying herbicide to plants.
