Le Tour de Plants
Step into a world of beauty and inspiration at The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina. Le Tour de Plants is a guided experience designed for garden enthusiasts, nature lovers, and anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful stroll through some of the region’s most stunning landscapes.
Your experience includes:
- A guided walk through the beautifully curated gardens led by our in-house horticulturists
- An opportunity to view and vote on our educational comparison gardens
- Insights into seasonal blooms, garden design, plant selection, and the unique features that make each garden space special
- A light catered meal to enjoy in a beautiful garden setting
- A chance to shop at The Garden Center at Johnson Nursery for your own yard

Mixing It Up
Ready to get your hands dirty—in the best way? Mixing It Up is a fun and creative private workshop where you and your group will build your very own custom mixed planters to take home. Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or just here for the vibes, this event is always a hit!
Led by the experts from The Garden Center at Johnson Nursery, you’ll get personalized guidance and plenty of inspiration as you pot up something beautiful.
$65 per guest includes:

Grain To Oven: A Farm-to-Table Pizza Experience
This immersive 2-hour event invites you into the full journey of pizza making—from field to fire.

✨ Pick your own veggies and toppingsÂ
✨ Stretch, top, and design your own pizza
✨ Watch it bake to perfection in our brick oven

Pricing: $45 per person
Minimum of 20 guests required to book. The full 2-hour Grain to Oven experience—including grain harvesting—is available during the June harvest season.
A streamlined version of the experience is offered year-round for $25 per person and does not include field harvesting.
Wreath Workshop
Get ready for a hands-on holiday experience with our Wreath Workshop, where you’ll craft a locally-sourced, one-of-a-kind wreath to decorate your home. Led by our expert floral design team, you’ll work with seasonal, foraged greenery like Juniper, Pine, Magnolia, and Cedars to create a stunning, 20–24” wreath that’s uniquely yours.
$85 per person includes:
- Guided instruction to create your own beautiful wreath
- Locally foraged materials like Juniper, Pine, Magnolia, and more
We highly recommend bringing your own gloves and clippers for the best experience.
Minimum of 5 participants required to book a private wreath workshop.
