Pentas Sunstar™ Rose features large clusters of flowers on dark green foliage. These heat and humidity tolerant plants are great all summer bloomers. Pentas is best grown in good, moist soil, but it can tolerate poorer soils as well. An application of controlled release fertilizer at planting should be sufficient, but an additional application in mid-summer will help the plants thrive into Fall.
