Jill Johnson - Garden Center Creative Designer & Manager

For more than 37 years, Jill has been the creative muse for her husband David, the founder and President of Johnson Nursery. Graduating with a major in Communications from UNCW, she initially delved into HR, contributing to Johnson Nursery’s growth from its inception. Upon retirement, Jill took charge of designing and managing the Garden Center at Johnson Nursery. Her profound love lies in enhancing the beauty of spaces within the Garden Center and The Gardens.

Angie Rivenbark - Cashier & Sales Associate 

Chances are, if you’ve attended any of our events, you’ve captured a memorable selfie at one of her captivating selfie stations!
Angie is the warm welcoming face you see at checkout at The Garden Center at Johnson Nursery. As you wander through the lush aisles, you might spot some of her delightful woodworking creations, like her charming stars! Among the array of botanical wonders, Angie’s top pick is the Gardenias, thanks to their heavenly fragrance.

Kimberly Keech - Head Horticulturalist & Sales Associate

Kimberly has been our Garden Center horticulturalist for the past four years. A proud horticultural alumna from NCSU, Kimberly takes joy in enhancing different corners of her garden with beauty. Her top picks for favorite plants include hydrangeas, sunflowers, zinnias, and roses!

Rebecca Keech - Sales Associate

For the past five years, Rebecca has been employed as a part-time sales associate at Johnson Nursery’s Garden Center. She earned a horticultural degree from NCSU in December 2004. Working alongside her daughter Kimberly in the Garden Center is something she particularly enjoys, and her favorite plant happens to be the Agapanthus Ever Twilight™.
